Here’s a great little recipe for breakfast “sushi”. Perfect on the go meal for busy mornings or something you can quickly put together while at the office. My boys are always wanting peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and if it were up to them, they would have them at every meal.
This is the perfect snack/meal to start substituting occasionally for those PB&Js.
