Magically Delicious BBQ Bacon Meatballs

How many BBQs have you been to so far this summer? Let’s see…one, two, three, four. Then there is the one next weekend and the birthday party that’s coming up…they’re just a delicious part of summer. Oh glorious summer, how I love thee. The fourth of July one that I went to had ribs, brisket, and bacon wrapped filet mignon. One thing that it didn’t have were bacon meatballs. I’m going to make these for the next one! Cross my heart!
