I had to look up what tempeh actually is. It must be different than tofu I thought… They are apparently very similar with tofu more white and wet while tempeh is brownish in tint and you can see whole soy beans.
In terms of which one is better for you? I would lean towards the one that is less processed and you can actually see the soy bean – Tempeh. But that’s just my own opinion and basic logic. Will have to do more research.
