This is another Italian favorite that you can make in your crock pot! It’s a recipe for chicken cacciatore from the Skinny Taste blog. I came across their recipe and realized I just have to make this dish. When we lived in New York there were so many good Italian restaurants and we were able to taste some very good versions of this dish too.

What I love about this recipe is that you make it in the crock pot – one pot cooking! Just a side note… did you know cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian?
