We have a favorite Chinese restaurant we go to that is only about a mile and a half from home and I frequently order the cashew chicken. It’s either cashew chicken or sesame chicken depending if I am feeling like something spicy or not. I came across this recipe over at The Recipe Critic and it looks so good!
It’s a homemade cashew chicken recipe that’s actually done in the slow cooker. You can take the time to coat the chicken with flour or not depending on howmuch/little time you have. I read that either way it will turn out great.
