How To Make Delicious Homemade Sour Cream
I’m so hungry! What to make for dinner tonight? Hummmm…how about taco salad. Yumm! I think I have everything. Lettuce, beans, tomatoes, green onion, olives, cilantro, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Ohhh no! I don’t have sour cream. Serving tacos without sour cream is a tragedy of Greco Roman proportions. Well maybe not in the big scheme of things but it feels like it at my house.
No need to panic family. I’m going to make my own! This looks tasty and oh so easy. Gather up some heavy whipping cream and some cultured buttermilk. You need two days of time too.
