Mason Jar Lemon Meringue Pies
Don’t these look delicious? This bright yellow dessert just feels “springy” to me. I don’t know how to make a traditional meringue but this seems easy. Graham crackers and ‘cook and serve’ lemon pudding aren’t that hard to work with. Maybe I could whip this up for Easter dinner next year (the table is getting a little over loaded but we’ll see).
