I love all kinds of curry recipes. Here’s one that looks so good from the Sweet Treats & More blog for slow cooker coconut curry chicken! Our local Indian food restaurant leaves so much to be desired and the cuisine is seems to be made once a week and served re-heated over and over again.
Fortunately there are a few very good Thai restaurants that we visit but they can be pretty spendy especially for dinner.
So, I am all over making my own curry dishes at home and love how they have turned out so far.
