Here’s a great recipe from Kerry Hicks at Tastebook for spicy chicken rigatoni! I love pasta dishes like this because they can be ready in less than 30 minutes if you stay focused LOL. 11 minutes to cook the pasta and while that’s cooking you can prep everything else and get it ready so the family will be eating sooner than later.
This is a great recipe but one thing I would change is to substitute the peas for some other veggie. I really don’t like peas, ever. So, I think I would perhaps do spinach instead. You can also try other meats besides chciken – some sort of pork sausage would be really good too!
