If you’ve ever been to a bridal shower I bet you’ve played the toilet paper game. It’s when you take a roll of toilet paper and try to make a dress. Most of them are a disaster but every once in a while a toilet paper creation comes along that ‘wows.’ Amber Mills has created such a dress made from Charman toilet paper that is a masterpiece. She really is one of the most talented people I have ever seen. If this is what she can do with toilet paper, just imagine what she could do with needle and thread!
She boils the toilet paper, adds glue, and then blends it to the consistency of mashed potatoes. She then uses this mush to make pieces of the dress and each piece takes about hours. Yikes! Can you imagine having the patience to do that? All while raising three children? She is a superwoman in my book! Amber started on this journey because of a contest, where the winner wins $10,000.
