Every morning I start my day by drinking a huge glass of water while I get in some nice quiet web surfing time. After I discovered this article on the health benefits of lemon, I think I’ll have to start adding some fresh lemon slices to my water too!
This is a great list of reasons why you should be adding lemon to your diet. My favorite of the list is how lemon can soothe a sore throat which I know is true. I used to always buy lemon cough drops but now I do my own home mixture of honey and lemon… also lemon tea.
