I came across this really great compilation of crockpot recipes with a heavy focus on chicken dishes. If you are looking for some super delicious recipes to put on your weekly menu plan, these would be a great start. My favorite out of the 11 would be the beef stroganoff. Growing up, my mom used to make a version of this for us that I always loved.
