Losing weight can be a struggle and it’s because we simply have bad habits that we don’t even realize are adding inches to our waist. If you want to start slimming down it’s time to start creating some new habits.
I found a great list of new habits you can start following to begin boosting your metabolism and start melting away the pounds. Don’t try and follow ALL of them but choose the handful that you think you can follow consistently and stick with.
The two I am working on are to eliminate my sugary drinks and also to eat more often so I don’t have the urge to eat too much because I waited way too long in between meals.
