We buy a ton of bananas each week and we always seem to eat them so quickly. But every once in a while a few sneak through and get just too brown. We don’t toss em! I save them and make some delicious banana bread.
We love to make banana bread here at our house. I have used the same recipe for years but wanted to find a new one to try this week. I found a great recipe over at one of my favorite blogs – Your Cup Of Cake that I’ll be testing out.
