We just went to World Market to see if they have any good furniture pieces and I was a bit shocked at the pricing. We were specifically looking for a media cabinet to set out new television on and there was absolutely nothing at a reasonable price point. A tiny, truly tiny coffee table I saw was $249. Media cabinets were twice that!
I really can’t justify spending $500+ on a little cabinet to place out television on. So, I started looking for DIY options and there are plenty! I just found this one over at the Four Generations blog and love it. So many good ideas out there. This one in particular was created from a pottery barn inspiration piece and turned out lovely.
