St. Patrick’s day is just around the corner so it’s appropriate that I stumbled on this recipe. Sometimes a good hearty stew can really hit the spot especially if served with a nice fresh loaf of sourdough bread with butter for dipping.
This recipe is called drunken irish stew for good reason… it calls for two bottles of your favorite irish ale. The other important thing about this recipe is that it’s main ingredient is lamb. Sounds pretty good but I hope I can handle that much beer in my stew LOL.
