I have seen a lot of different egg recipes floating around facebook and they are always very popular on our own page. So, when I saw this unique twist i thought you guys would enjoy it as well!
Basically, you’ll be hollowing out an already baked potato and cooking eggs right inside the skin. You can fill it with any other ingredients you like as well.
