If I had to name an all time favorite soup for myself, it would be french onion! My husband and I stayed at an amazing resort in McCall Idaho where I had the absolute best French onion soup EVER. The caramelized onions, rich broth and amazing melted cheese all combined to easily top my list.
Here’s a great recipe I found over at Closet Cooking – a great blog with tons of good recipes! This recipe takes some time and work but i think it will be well worth it.
