I have not been featuring many fish recipes here on the blog and I don’t really know why. Perhaps it’s because our family only eats fish about once month so it’s not on my mind as much. We usually buy tilapia simply because it’s usually the cheapest fish at the grocery story.
I’ve been experimenting with the tilapia a bit and have found that baking it is by far the easiest way to go. So, when I saw this recipe I jumped on it and am definitely gonna give it a shot when I have a chance.
