Here’s a recipe for gluten free lemon layer cake that looks really yummy. What I like about this recipe is that it’s ok to make it ahead of time, up to one day early. It’s actually recommended to make the layers first and let them cool down and set for a day and then go ahead and frost everything out about 4 hours before it will be served to allow it all to come to room temperature.
I love all kinds of lemon based desserts, so this is one I will definitely be putting in the recipe folder.
