Your typical store bought salad dressing is just plain no good. They do sell good tasting salad dressing at the store but it’s like $8 a jar! I have started experimenting with making my own salad dressings and my first attempt at a honey dijon was great.
Here’s what I am attempting next… a nice rich and creamy italian salad dressing. Found this recipe over at the Jennifer’s Kitchen blog and I am excited to try it out… it’s low fat too!
