Ok. Meatloaf in a mug. I’m not to sure how I feel about this idea. Meatloaf is a temperamental dish. Either you love it or you hate it. (I love my mom’s and my own but the rest of the the recipes…) Quick and tasty treats in the microwave are the best. Don’t you think?
This recipe from Little Things shows how you can have instant meatloaf in your favorite mug. In just 3 minutes (plus 10 or so of prep time). Thoughts? I do like single serve… make this and let me know how it goes! I’m a little afraid to try a new meatloaf recipe but I’ll give it a go if you swear by it. Get the recipe and ‘how-to’ here.
