I have been looking for the perfect green cupcake idea to make for St. Patrick’s day which is coming up and I think I have found it! My husband loves mint chocolate ice cream so why not make mint chocolate cupcakes?!
Here’s a huge tip though when it comes to this recipe… make sure to not add too much mint extract or you’ll end up having something that tastes like crest mint toothpaste!
