Egg-scuse Me? This looks Yummy! An egg breakfast cup looks like the perfect dish for a lazy morning breakfast. Way better than cereal! My family are big fans of ‘eggs in a basket.’ That’s when the egg is baked with the toast around it. I can’t imagine them not liking this too!
To make these scrumptious and easy breakfast treats you need bread, ham, cheese, eggs, some butter/cooking spray, and a muffin tin. They couldn’t be easier to whip up. What an egg-cellent idea these are! I can’t wait to try them. The problem is going to be finding a day when we all aren’t racing out of the house at a million miles per hour.
