I like to think I am pretty active and “in the know” when it comes to the latest fitness trends and hot topics. But this whole “paleo” thing has caught me off guard. After hearing and seeing this term referenced about a dozen times in the past week… I decided it was time to do some investigating. What exactly is the paleo diet? And the bigger question to answer is… is the food on this diet any good LOL.
Well, I found a really great blog called Paleo Table and they did an excellent job explaining the paleo diet and what it’s all about. But what I like best is they have some supper delicious looking recipes that I want to try asap. Especially the paleo chili.
