I surely must have pizza on the brain. I just shared pizza dip a couple posts ago and I just realized we went out for pizza 3 times in the last 7 days! Somebody help me LOL. This recipe though is a good way to eliminate a few carbs from your usual pizza meal. By stuffing pepperoni and mozzarella in chicken you get a nice lean meal. Especially if you end up using low fat turkey pepperoni like we do.
