I have my own version of “egg rice” that I make for my family that is very simple… I just take whatever leftover rice we have in the fridge from a day or two before, scramble a couple eggs and mix it all together till the cold rice is warmed up. I then sprinkle sesame seeds and poor in some soy sauce. Done!
Now, when I want to get all fancy, I’ll follow a recipe like this one. Add some good meat and a bit more seasoning than I normally do.
