I love Indian food but have never been able to duplicate a good flavor at home. I am going to give this recipe a shot though and see how it goes. It has received great reviews so my hopes are high! Then I just have to master the art of good homemade naan bread without having to buy a tandoori oven!
“I’ve made this twice now, and both times it was amazing. Both times I cooked it on high for 4 hours and the chicken still had an incredible texture.
The first time I made it exactly as written. The second time I tweaked it a bit. I doubled the garlic, added 2 tablespoons of honey, and added an extra half a cup of cream. I liked it more the second time, but my boyfriend liked it more the first time, so ultimately it’s just a matter of personal taste :). Either way this is an EXCELLENT recipe.”
